   Each application has its own address on your agency's Seygov page. Forms check what people enter before anything is saved.

   Staff pick it up

   Requests land in a queue. Assign them, search them, and leave notes that stay with the record.

   Someone decides

   Change the status and the person can be emailed a PDF copy, sent through your own mail server.

   The record stays

   Every view and change is written to an audit trail. Export to Excel, or read records through the API.

Your directory

Staff sign in with the accounts they already have. Connect your LDAP server and Seygov checks credentials against it.

Your mail server

Receipts and updates are sent through your own SMTP server, so messages come from your agency's address.

Your name and address

Add your logo and department names. Public forms live at a web address that uses your agency's name.

Your rules

Groups decide who can see, process and administer each application. Every application has its own admin area.
